(Cover) - EN Star Style - Lady Gaga has officially declined an offer to wear a dress made of bones to this year's MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs).
The eccentric songstress is known for her love of innovative garb, and made headlines for her outfit made entirely from meat at last year's event.
It was recently reported that an internet retailer had come up with a novel ensemble to try and outdo her previous outrageous frock. Ohio-based PigofTheMonth.com, who sell barbecue meats and sauces online, offered the American singer $500,000 to wear the "couture" bone dress.
However, the American company, who teamed up with a well-known designer to come up with the fashion creation, have exclusively told Cover Media that the star has turned down the novelty offer.
"We received an email this morning from Lady Gaga's team letting us know that she has declined the offer," they said.
Despite turning down the opportunity to wear the bizarre frock, the company are still in the dark as to what the star will be donning to the prestigious event.
"No word on what she will be wearing though," they added.
The VMAs will take place on August 28. (C) Cover Media
