Seems like right cards are being drawn for Lakshmi Rai these days as the actress enjoys another prize catch. Lakshmi has been chosen to be part of the much awaited project in Telugu and Tamil, Thaandavam. The actress who is eagerly expecting the release of Adhinayakudu, opposite Balakrishna in Tollywood, has now signed to act with Vikram. 

Expressing herself, Lakshmi says, "It gives me immense pleasure to share the screen space with a great actor like Vikram. Also, director Vijay has proved himself as a talented filmmaker. I am happy to work with him."

Director Vijay speaks, "We were in search for one more leading lady when the name of Lakshmi Rai struck our mind. When we approached her and narrated the story, she was impressed by it and gave nod to be part of Thaandavam."

Apart from Lakhsmi, Anushka Shetty and Amy Jackson will also be part of the project.
