(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Lady Gaga "is a blessing" to Laurieann Gibson.

The creative director and award-winning choreographer is famed for her work with Gaga, P. Diddy and Keri Hilson.

Laurieann has choreographed several of Gaga's renowned music promos including Bad Romance for which she won a VMA for Best Choreography in 2010. She collaborated with Gaga to direct the music video for Judas and directed the HBO special Lady Gaga Presents the Monster Ball Tour: At Madison Square Garden, for which she received an Emmy nomination.

Laurieann says Gaga has had a massively positive effect on her career in the industry.

"Lady Gaga and I are one and the same, both focused. She saw me on Making The Band, got in touch with me, and I started working with her before she was even signed," she told Pride magazine.

"She's a blessing to me, she's so fearless, she lets me stretch my gift. She's shown other artists how important it is to be creative and own the stage."

Laurieann maintains her and Gaga's relationship is purely professional. The reality TV star barely has any time after the working day has ended to spend relaxing with the international superstar.

"Do we ever get to just hang out?' No!" she exclaimed. "I meet her at like 6am, we work hard for hours and then it's like, Bye!'" (C) Cover Media
