(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Lindsay Lohan has spoken to friends about her time in jail over the weekend.

The 25-year-old actress was sentenced to 30 days last week for violating the terms of her probation.

And although in the end Lindsay only spent four-and-a-half-hours of that time behind bars, she's told pals that it was one of the worst places she's been in her life, TMZ is reporting.

Sources told the site that the Mean Girls star described her time in custody at Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California as "scary" and "cold."

She's apparently told her loved ones that the experience was another wake up call for her to get her life together and that she is learning from her mistakes.

Lindsay apparently didn't eat anything during her stay and was never placed with the general population of the jail.

Meanwhile, RadarOnline are reporting that Lindsay had to do a second photoshoot for Playboy last week which went a lot better than the first session.

She had to strip off again for the men's magazine after Hugh Hefner and his executives were said to be disappointed with the initial shoot.

"The pictures Lindsay took last week are much better than the first set," a source told the site.

"The final decision gets made by Hef on which pictures go in the magazine."

Lindsay will apparently appear on the cover of the January issue of the publication. (C) Cover Media
