A lot has been said about cameraderies between actors and filmmakers, but it's not every day where you hear about rival filmmakers bonding over films. This was an exception made by filmmakers Karan Johar and Madhur Bhandarkar. The two stunned the spectators when their cordial exchange of ideas benefited Karan in a big way.

KJo, who recently announced his co-production in association with Akshay Kumar wanted the title of his film to be 'Gutka'. However, he was informed that the title has already been registered by Madhur Bhandarkar.

He was not ready to let go of the idea and hence called Madhur a couple of days ago in regards to the rights of the title. Though, they are not the best of friends, they do share a good relationship with each other. Hence, Madhur didn't take long to give the title to Karan.

What came as a pleasant surprise to KJo was the fact that Madhur didn't charge him a penny and gave the title for free.

The film starring Akshay Kumar in the lead will also have Emraan Hashmi as the parallel lead. The leading lady for the film is yet to be finalized.
