(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Marc Anthony has showed off his generous side by treating his staff to an all-expenses paid vacation.

The Latin singer, who is estranged from wife Jennifer Lopez, recently took all 14 of the people on his payroll to the Dominican Republic.

Sources told TMZ that Marc wanted to thank his immediate staff for their work in what has been a challenging year for him.

The staff members were apparently put up in an exclusive resort for five days in La Romana and had all their meals, drinks and entertainment paid for.

But it wasn't just all self-indulgent fun, the singer and his staff also visited the city's Nios de Cristo orphanage to spend time with the children who don't have families.

Although Marc and Jennifer announced they were splitting in July, they have yet to actually file for divorce as they are still negotiating the settlement terms.

He is also said to be upset at how quickly the American Idol judge has moved on as she has flaunted her new relationship with 24-year-old backing dancer Casper Smart and he doesn't think the toyboy lover is good enough for Jennifer.

"Marc went ballistic when he found out about Casper's criminal record," an insider told RadarOnline.

"He explicitly told Jen that Casper wasn't allowed to drive their children anywhere. Marc hates the fact that Casper is spending time with Max and Emme.

"Marc is extremely jealous, and doesn't think Jen is using good judgment when it comes to Casper." (C) Cover Media
