Marc Anthony has reportedly told estranged wife Jennifer Lopez that she needs to see a psychiatrist.

The couple announced in July last year that their seven-year marriage was over, but the Latin singer apparently wants Jennifer to seek help on why she cannot be alone.

The American Idol judge, 42, rebounded quickly from her marriage and is now dating 24-year-old backing dancer Casper Smart which Marc is said to be very upset about.

RadarOnline reports that the couple had another "heated" fight over the weekend where talk turned to Jennifer's relationship with the much younger man.

"Jen is very serious about Casper, and it makes Marc extremely jealous," the insider said. "Marc told Jen that she should see a psychiatrist to deal with her issues to figure out why she always needs a man in her life."

"Remember, Jen and Ben Affleck had just broken up when she got hot and heavy with Marc.

"Jen's relationship with Marc was the longest relationship she ever had with anyone, about seven and a half years."

In addition, Marc is said to be upset about not getting to spend enough time with their three-year-old twins Max and Emme.

He has also started dating again and tweeted a picture of him with Venezuelan model Shannon de Lima recently.
