(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Maria Shriver is reportedly keen to kick-start her career following the breakdown of her marriage to Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The journalist and bestselling author reportedly wants her divorce to the Hollywood icon finalised quickly, following claims that Arnold fathered a love child with a member of their household staff. She is believed to have received several job offers and is weighing up her options.

"Maria wants the divorce to be final so she can get back to work, and move on with her life," an insider told Radar Online. "All of the major networks have approached her, but she hasn't made any decision yet."

The 55-year-old is also keen to make sure she is able to balance her career and parenting commitments.

"Maria doesn't want any new job to impede on time she spends with Christopher, and Patrick, who live with her," the source added. "Patrick, 17, is going to be a senior in high school and she will be visiting colleges with him. Christopher is only thirteen, and the two have a very close relationship."

Maria was spotted having dinner with media mogul Oprah Winfrey recently. However, it's reported it was not a work meeting but just a catch-up between pals. (C) Cover Media
