(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Michelle Trachtenberg is enjoying revenge on her high school bullies.

The 25-year-old star of Gossip Girl opened up about her past pain at the Rebecca Minkoff show at New York Fashion Week today.

She told reporters that her fun life as a famous actress is great revenge on people that picked on her when she was younger.

When she was asked why she is so good at playing bad characters, the brunette beauty revealed that it stems from her own experience dealing with mean girls.

"I think I was so tortured and ridiculed in high school by all the b***hes that I just watched and observed them and I knew exactly how to act when it came time to it," she shared.

"Pretty good revenge, I'm not gonna lie. They all see the pictures!"

Michelle says she was physically assaulted, pushed down stairs and had her clothes stolen as a young girl. (C) Cover Media
