(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Mila Kunis says her parents used to tell her she was crazy for letting bullies upset her.

The 27-year-old actress is well known for playing Jackie Burkhart in hit TV comedy That '70s Show, and she has recently received critical praise for her role as ballerina Lily in thriller Black Swan alongside Natalie Portman.

Mila is petite, measuring just 5ft 4in, and admits bullies used to mock her height. Mila was also made to feel unworthy because of her large facial features, and says her parents were baffled that their beautiful daughter got upset by such remarks.

Yeah, because I was always the smallest in my class, she replied when the British edition of OK! magazine asked if she got picked on at school.

I had a very funny looking face when I was little. I had like big eyes, big lips, big ears. But when I was little I was constantly being made fun of for having big eyes and that was awful. I used to come home crying: Why do I have big eyes? And my parents were like: Youre crazy!

Now Mila feels glad she survived the taunts, as she thinks it has made her a stronger person. The star feels for anybody who is made to feel miserable about themselves, as she remembers how horrible it feels.

Ive learned it wasnt a bad thing to be picked on because when youre little is seems awful, like its the end of the world. I grew into my face, she added. (C) Cover Media
