Milla Jovovich says being a mother is "the most important thing" in her life.

The actress has a four-year-old daughter Ever Gabo, with her husband, director Paul WS Anderson.

Milla admits that she is hoping to take some time out of her busy acting schedule to spend more time with her family.

"Being a mother is the most important thing, so I want to focus on that," she said in an interview with Hello! magazine. "Now that my daughter is getting older, I have to prioritise, as she needs to settle down. I imagine for the beginning of next year, my daughter and I will be at home. I will take her to school, let her acclimatise to being home and having a normal life and seeing her friends."

The Ukrainian-born beauty also admits that she would like to have another baby.

However Milla insists she isn't in any rush.

"We would love to have another baby, but we take it organically, like we do everything. It happens when it happens," she smiled.
