(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Molly Sims has introduced her new-born son to the world via her blog.

The 39-year-old model-and-television personality posted about her experiences of motherhood so far on her online site. She shared pictures and anecdotes about the seven weeks since her son Brooks Alan Stuber was born.

"My first seven weeks as a mama have been both amazing and hard," Molly revealed.

"There's a lot of sleep deprivation involved, but I guess that comes with the territory! Brooks has been sleeping in 2 to 3-hour shifts, so I've been learning to nap when he naps (sic)."

The doting first time mother dotes on her new-born. Molly and her husband Scott Stuber both over-prepared before the birth. She claims people are never totally ready for the arrival of their first born.

"I think that no matter how prepared you are no matter how many hours you spend researching strollers, stocking up on organic baby food, and decorating the nursery there's simply nothing that can prepare you for the feeling that comes with holding your baby for the first time," Molly added.
