(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Nikki Reed says her wedding preparations were "abnormally stress-free".

The 23-year-old actress recently tied the knot with American Idol contestant Paul McDonald, 27, after just eight months of dating.

Nikki found planning her big day relatively easy, and owes everything to her trusty wedding planner.

"I had a wonderful time collaborating with Beth Helmstetter, my wedding planner! It felt almost abnormally stress-free and easy!" she explained to the British edition of OK! magazine.

"Paul and I both knew what we wanted and Beth executed our vision in a way that seemed effortless."

Nikki and Paul tied the knot in a private ceremony in Malibu, California, with only 100 guests in attendance.

Nikki was happy with her intimate nuptials.

"Mostly friends and family, and a couple of my Twilight buds [attended]," she explained. (C) Cover Media
