September 25, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Orange County will carry on with its path-breaking trend status as the Style Week Orange County makes its comeback with Project Runway alumni Nick Verreos and with an unexpected partnership with the iconic luxury brand of Cadillac.
Aabout 10,000 people are expected to visit this event that kickstarts this Monday, (Sept. 27). It would go on till the 3rd of October, a Sunday and is being held at the Irvine Spectrum Center.
There are several highlights of the show, however a couple of runway shows that are reated by a team of seven FIDM/Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising recent graduates, should grab a lot of attention.
Each of the designers would be designing a first ever for the brand Cadillac and the Cadillac Couture: Red Carpet Gowns, which is an exciting and glitzy fashion show, would also take place. This show is inspired by the company's science and art design philosophy. The FIDM alumni and instructor of Fashion Design, would be emceeing the entire show of the Cadillac Couture.
The Needle and Thread show would be featuring a total of seven collections that would showcase a total of 35 brand new and exciting designs, all created by the FIDM designers for Ezekiel.
