The countdown has started. On Friday, an extensive publicity campaign for the forthcoming film of Pawan Kalyan started, as the movie is getting ready for grand release on December 9.

Produced by Neelima Tirumalashetty, the film directed by popular Kollywood movie maker Vishnuvardhan is expected to be a high voltage action entertainer.

Since Mahesh Babu's 'Dookudu' and NTR Junior's 'Oosaravelli' made record collections, trade sources expect 'Panjaa' to repeat the magic in the box office, thanks to the expectations from Pawan Kalyan's fans.

Denying some reports which suggested that there is postponement in the release date, Neelima Tirumalashetty has stressed that the movie hits the screens on December 9 without fail.

Pawan Kalyan plays the role of a gangster, while Sara Jane Dias and Anjali Lavania play his love interests. Music is by Yuvan Shankar Raja, the younger son of maestro Ilayaraja.
