(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Paris Hilton's probation for cocaine possession officially ended this morning.
The 30-year-old socialite-and-reality-star successfully completed all of the conditions of her sentence stemming from her arrest on drug possession charges in Las Vegas last September.
The star pleaded guilty to drug possession and obstructing an officer in a deal that saved her from serving a one-year term in jail.
In return, Paris had to pay $2,000 in fines, complete 200 hours of community service and complete what was described as an "intensive" substance abuse program.
Defense attorney Richard Schonfeld said at the progress hearing on Tuesday morning, that Paris did more community service than required, including working at The Animal Foundation in Las Vegas.
The blonde star completed a total of 228 hours 28 hours more than expected.
Paris also paid $2,000 in fines and successfully completed the drugs program.
The case in now closed.
Paris did not appear in court after a judge gave her permission to skip the hearing. (C) Cover Media
