(Cover) - EN Star Style - Peaches Geldof is reportedly staying in shape by following a juicing diet.
The British model-and-presenter is determined not to gain any weight after losing around 21 lbs over the summer and moving to Los Angeles to be with her boyfriend Eli Roth.
Peaches is thrilled with her slimmer frame, but is worried she could pile on the pounds again if she gives into her cravings for junk food. To ensure she maintains her figure Peaches has cut down on her alcohol intake and is filling up on fresh juices packed with fruit and vegetables along with foods rich in protein.
Peaches wasnt happy when she saw pictures of herself in June so she started a juicing diet in August for about two weeks, cutting back on solids and alcohol, a source told Closer magazine. LA girls are super-skinny so Peaches is understandably more conscious about her weight. She says juicing makes her feel energised, and shes eating salads and protein too.
The 21-year-old star has previously admitted she doesnt like gaining too much weight and increases her fruit intake if she wants to shape up. Peaches has also confessed she hates working out and tries to avoid going to the gym.
If I put on weight, I put on weight on my stomach, which is annoying. So if I do that, I just eat more fruit and less chips, she said in the past. (C) Cover Media
