Katy Perry and Russell Brand have reportedly had a "business-like" meeting about their divorce.
Russell filed papers to end his 14-month marriage to Katy at the end of December and has now moved out of their Los Angeles home. He spent time in the UK after the split but flew back to America at the weekend.
It's thought he and Katy had a meeting while he was there in which they discussed how to proceed with the split.
"The couple just met to iron out all the details, but a source claims that while the very calm meeting will smooth the way' to an amicable split, it was so businesslike, it was hard to remember they had once been so passionate about each other,'" reports Chicago Sun-Times.
However, there are conflicting reports about whether the discussion actually took place.
According to British newspaper The Daily Mirror, Katy jetted out of Los Angeles before ever sitting down with her estranged-husband to talk.
It's thought the singer is heading for Singapore, although it is not known why.
Over the weekend there were suggestions the pair were planning to sit down together to iron out details, although it was rumoured Katy was hoping to use the situation to discuss a reconciliation.
"He has agreed to meet her one last time. He wants to sort things out and finalise the divorce," a source said.
"He is determined to move on. But Katy says she is still in love with him and she still has hopes they might get back together."
