The film 'Raaz 3' starring Bipasha Basu, Emraan Hashmi and Esha Gupta in the lead roles is highly anticipated amongst the audiences. 

The film which is the third installement of the spooky series revolves around the down fall of a superstar (played by Bipasha Basu), who in the film takes the Black Magic route to bring down her rival.

The film promotions are on in full swing as it is slated to release next week on September 7. But we hear that the film is far from being ready. 

It is heard, that the film is still stuck in its post production phase and director Vikram Bhatt is busy giving final touches to it. It has been cleared by the censor board with an 'A' certificate, but Vikram is still working on the technical aspects of the film.

"Yes, the film is complete and censored. But we still want to work a little more on the special effects. 3D for me is a familiar format and technique. But Raaz 3 is the first 3D film for the Bhatts' banner Vishesh Films. It's also my first film with them in years. I want the film to be as finely polished in technique as possible," confirmed Vikram.
