Superstar Rajinikanth, who had gone to Hong Kong for the shooting of 'Kochadaiyaan' returned on Thursday.

After the first two schedules held in London and Kerala recently, the crew led by the director Soundarya Rajinikanth headed to Hong Kong for the third schedule.

Sources said Rajinikanth returned by a Cathay Pacific flight in the early hours of Thursday and despite arriving at a rather odd hour there were a few fans who were surprised to see him and waved out at him.

The film starring Deepika Padukone as the heroine and a huge line-up of established actors and actresses including Jackie Shroff, Sarath Kumar, Shobana and Aadhi among others, is expected to be released for Deepavali festival, is progressing at a fast clip.
