Unlike a majority of the Tollywood stars who love cricket, Ramcharan Teja has a new found passion for polo. He is all set to participate in a National Polo tournament held by the Hyderabad Polo and Riding club. He’s also the owner of the six-member team.

According to sources, the actor's team will represent the Nizami city in league-style national tournaments that are to be held across the country from October. The tournament is likely to make Charan tour cities like Delhi and Jaipur with his team. The actor who has squeezed out a couple of days for the tournament, says he is “tied up with assignments but would still like to nurture, his new found love for polo.”

The son of Megastar Chiranjeevi adds: “I feel excited now. More than money, it is the zealous passion in me for the game that gives me the essential drive.”
