Rana Daggubati is thrilled about the recent happenings in his life. The young Tollywood actor, who celebrated his 27th birthday last week, has started shooting for his next film, 'Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum'.
Directed by Krish, the film features Rana in a different role. 'I am happy to bag such a meaty character. It is a total contrast to my earlier movies. I am happy to work with Krish,' says Rana Daggubati. Rana Daggubati is the grandson of famous and veteran producer D.Ramanaidu.
Early next year, Rana will foray into Kollywood, in a film which has STR aka Simbu in the lead role. It will be directed by Vetri Maaran, a National Award winning director, who has films like 'Polladhavan' and 'Aadukalam' to his credit.
'There are reports that I am doing a cameo in the Simbu starrer. I am not going to comment anything on it right now. All that I can say is it is a role with a difference. I have no issues whether it is small or big,' Rana says.
