One of Bollywood's most acclaimed actresses of all time, Rani Mukerji was felicitated by the U.S. Embassy at an Inaugural Ball in honour of the 44th President of The United States of America, Barak Obama in Mumbai (view gallery).
The function was co-hosted by the NGO 'Namaste America' along with the U.S. Embassy. Rani, as usual was looking svelte in a black traditional sari with gold embroidery.
She said that she was honored to be there, especially because President Barack Obama's swearing ceremony was being held on the same day in Washington.
The actress was appreciated for her contribution to the Indian cinema. She was happy to be respected for her work, especially for something that she loves doing.
