While many Bollywood stars are donning the hats of producers and directors, Ranveer Singh doesn't seem to be in a mood to follow the suit.

The actor has invested in a construction company that is developing lavishing row houses and villas on the outskirts of Mumbai. The 'Kill Dil' actor never took a keen interest in joining his father's automobile retail business.

Ranveer's close friend said, "Ranveer is a wise investor. Both Anushka and Ranveer started investing in real estate with whatever savings they had very early in their career." 

Currently he resides in a 5BHK luxurious duplex apartment with his parents in Khar and also owns another 4BHK in Bandra.
