Richa Chadda's 'Cabaret' delays Kalki Koechlin starrer film, 'Love Affair', to be directed by Soni Razdan, which is a fictional version of the infamous Nanavati murder case of 1959.

The film was supposed to go on floors in March but producer, Pooja Bhatt has sacrificed her time for Richa Chadda's Cabaret. Pooja said, "Rumours flying around that the film has been shelved are absolutely false. I don't know why but after Bombay Velvet failed, 'period' has become like a bad word. When we Bhatts commit to a film we always make it. Yes, earlier we were supposed to start shooting in March but now our first priority is finishing Cabaret before the monsoons sweep in as people don't like shooting in the rain. We will start filming Love Affair in November and intend to finish it by FebruaryMarch 2016…"

The periodic drama film, 'Love Affair' features Kalki Koechlin, Gulshan Devaiah and Ali Zafar in lead.
