Russell Brand doesn't "hold on to anything negative."
The 36-year-old British comedian divorced from pop star Katy Perry in December after 14 months of marriage.
Russell has since moved on to dating model Nikolett Barabas, whom he met at yoga class.
Russell is concentrating on creating harmony in his life.
"I'm doing well," Russell told People magazine. "You don't need to brush it off if you don't get it on you in the first place. I don't have to let anything go. I don't hold on to anything negative. It's the same as zero-ness."
Russell practices embracing nothingness during his meditative yoga sessions.
"I like Kundalini yoga," he explained. "It's not about letting it go. You can't let go of something you don't hold, you know. It's meaningless, [and] much of our world is predicated on meaninglessness. And I don't do that anymore."
Russell promises that his upcoming late-night talk show that he is hosting will be filled with lots of engaging substance.
"It's a standup comedy show, and we'll talk about current affairs and analyse and deconstruct the media of the day and approach news from a humanitarian and spiritual angle, whilst keeping it simultaneously and continuously humorous," he detailed.
Russell's new show will be aired on FX network in America later this year.
