The 36-year-old American actor has enjoyed a varied career, and one of his latest roles is in thriller The Lincoln Lawyer. The film portrays the story of a lawyer who conducts business from the back of his Lincoln town car while representing a high-profile client in Beverly Hills. Ryan plays Louis Roulet in the film a man accused of assault and attempted murder.
Well, its very unlike anything Ive ever played before. My character isnt exactly the most upstanding or respectable man, but its been really fun to be the bad guy, he told more! magazine.
Ryan starred alongside Hollywood hunk Matthew McConaughey in the film, and has revealed that the pair really bonded on set. He admits that the movie was fun to film as both he and Matthew played complex characters they could really get their teeth stuck into.
Matthew and I have great chemistry, and the film was really fun to do, because our characters both really manipulate each other. We essentially hate each other. Theres loads I cant say, as I want people to find out in cinemas. But yes, its pretty dramatic. And there are a few surprises... he teased. (C) Cover Media
