'Saguni' has been the talk of town from quite sometime now.

The film has received a 'U' certificate from the censor board and will release worldwide on 22nd June. Telgu dubbed version named 'Sakuni' is also releasing on the same date.

Set against a political background, Saguni is the tale of a politician who unlike others has a good sense of humour. Heart throb of today’s youth Karthi, will share the screen with comedy king Santhanam. With G.V.Prakash’s music and Shankar Dayal’s direction the movie is said to have drums of laughter. 

After the success of 'Siruthai', expectations from Karthi are very high. His character in the film is inspired by Lord Krishna in Mahabharatha.

With all such elements on board, Saguni is a film that is truly hard to wait for!
