(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Sandra Bullock is no longer in contact with her former stepdaughter, it has been revealed.

The Oscar winner was incredibly close to her ex-husband's little girl Sunny but has lost contact with her since her divorce from Jesse James.

The seven-year-old's biological mother Janine Lindemulder told Us Weekly that she understands why Sandra had to move on with her life.

"Sandra doesn't communicate anymore with Sunny," Janine shared. "Sunny never talks about her.

"I don't bear any grudges against Sandra. She has her own son to raise."

Sandra adopted baby Louis just before her marriage to Jesse imploded last year following allegations of infidelity.

The Blind Side star spent a lot of time with Sunny during her five-year marriage to Jesse. She even acknowledged her "commitment" to the little girl when she wrote to a judge in 2009 during her then-husband's custody battle with Janine.

An insider has claimed Sandra has "had to move on" from Jesse, which included having to lose communication with Sunny.

"The last thing she wanted to do was hurt Sunny. But she had to do what was best for her," the source added.

Sandra welcomed baby Louis in January 2010 in a secret adoption, a process she had begun with Jesse four years earlier.
