Dirty Picture, the Bollywood bio-pic on southern siren Silk Smitha is in a row. The late actress's brother V Naga Vara Prasad is planning to sue Milan Luthria and producer Ekta Kapoor for making the film without the family’s permission.

"What right do the producer and the director have to make this film, without the family’s consent. Neither the producer nor the director contacted us," says Prasad, who is irked with the movie.

"We came to know through TV channels and newspaper reports that 'The Dirty Picture' portrays my sister in a rather obscene way. 

Prasad also made it clear that the family was not looking for any monetary gain. Meanwhile, Vidya Balan is reportedly gearing up to mesmerise fans with a live performance with other artists at the music launch of the film in Mumbai.
