Movies made on inspiring true-life events and personalities have been a success Mantra in Bollywood. Another biopic project in talks right now is based on former Indian Air Force pilot Rakesh Sharma who flew aboard Soyuz T-11, launched on 2nd April 1984.
Surprisingly, Rakesh Sharma the only Indian citizen to travel in space. The makers of the film Ronnie Screwvala and Siddharth Roy Kapur had already approached the 'Raees' actor for the biopic.
Well, Shah Rukh Khan has given his nod to this project and a source close informs, "SRK wants to start shooting in September and continue for two months before he starts promoting Zero, which releases on Christmas. After that, he will resume Salute’s shoot from January 2019. The film is expected to release next year."
