SRK wants to learn writing screenplays

Shahrukh Khan, the epitome of talent in the Hindi film industry, still craves to learn more and more in regards to the art of film-making. Shahrukh, who recently confessed to being an avid reader and learner, says that he has a flair for literature. He reads and writes whenever he gets time on hand and it was this hobby of his that has turned him into a knowledge bank. His writing skill, set to be showcased to the world as his biography, is all set to hit the book stalls. Shahrukh has penned his journey from 1991 to 2011 in a book called 'Twenty Years in a Decade' that is currently on the editing table and will be published soon.

When he was quizzed whether will he someday write a screenplay for a film, pat came the reply that he doesn't consider himself eligible enough for that. Shahrukh feels that a person like him can make an attempt to write story but writing a screenplay has a lot of mathematics and science behind it, which he lacks. Shahrukh further revealed that it's a difficult job and it's not everyone's ball game. However, Shahrukh confessed that he keeps giving inputs, if asked for any and keeps an eye over the on-goings of the story making process.

Shahrukh stated that he has read quite a few books on screenplay writing but he still isn't capable enough to take over the job and says that if possible, he will take some time off to learn it someday. So a few years down the line, if you see Shahrukh turning a director or a screenplay writer, don't be surprised!
