Singam was undoubtedly a superhit flick in 2010. After the success of the movie director Hari has decided to make the sequel with Suriya again as the lead.

Source says, "Suriya will again play the daredevil cop Dorai Singam in Singam 2. Director Hari who directed Singam in 2010 is again directing Singam 2. Anushka Shetty and Hansika Motwani have been roped in to play the female leads. Actor Rahman will also be an addition in the cast."

The movie will go on floor in June in which Vivek, Vijayakumar, Radha Ravi, Nassar who acted in the original will reprise their roles. Music is by Devi Sri Prasad and camera by Priyan.
