There was a lot of hearsay about Ajay’s leading lady in the remake of Himmatwala.

Bollywood hotties like Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma were known to be the contenders, but sources have revealed that top South actress Tamannaah Bhatia has bagged the role.

If sources are to be believed, Tamannaah had already been finalized for the role, but the news was kept under wraps. Some people claim the makers wanted to bring in a South actress who was well established, similar to whom Sridevi was when she did this film.

After being paired with Kajal Agarwal in 'Singham', Tamannaah will be the second South actress Ajay will be working with.

Farah Khan will be choreographing yesteryears superhit track "Nainon Mein Sapna". Sajid Khan had stated that this song would be shot with a lavish budget and would be close to the original.
