For a woman to be called fashionable or at least in sync with the times there are certain basic must haves that ought to be invested into even though following fashion trends blindly is a complete no- no.
So what are the five basic things that a modern woman should have in her wardrobe? Well to begin with it is extremely important to invest in some very decent pair of jeans. Since there are all kinds of cuts and shapes available in the market, it is always wise to invest in the straight cut and then go into the skin tight, the bells etc for variety. The colors to go for are of course the all time favorite blue ranging from the ice blue color to the basic blue denims to the very dark colored ones. Next is a couple of long or mid length skirts. Stick to long skirts if you happen to have built up calves. However girls with slim legs can opt for the mid length skirt without hesitation.
Then there is the perennial LBD which is a must have for women of all age groups and body shapes. Go in for a little black dress if you are quite well maintained in terms of your body shape. However if you have flab to hide, go in for the Long black dress for that occasional formal yet dressy look.
Last but not the least; invest in some casual tees which can be paired with just about any of your above mentioned bottoms. So gear up for a very smart you by following these basic lines.
