THREE DEBUT DIRECTORS FILMS THIS WEEK

For this Friday 11th of February out of four Kannada films, three are from debut directors – Except 'Kote' by director Srinivasaraju, muscular hero Appu Venkatesh's 'One Day' by Naveen, 'Suicide' starring Ruthik and Kalyani by director Prasad Guru and 'Rangappa Hogbitna' by director ML Prasanna are first time directors.
'Suicide' is not the answer in life is the message director Prasad Guru passes in this film. AT Ravish has scored the music and Surendranath Begur handled the cinematography. Ruthika and Kalyani in the lead with Sharat Lohitashva, Suchendra Prasad, Sangeetha Shetty, Bhagyalakshmi are also in the cast.
'Kote' produced by Manjunath starring Prajwal Devaraj, Gayathri Rao and Dimple by director Srinivasaraju has Raghu Dixit's music and K Datthu is the cameraman. Ravishanker, Rachana Mourya, Shivashanker, Mr India Ravi are also in the cast.
The hilarious film 'Rangappa Hogbitna' by producer Ravikumar stars Ramesh Aravind, Sanjana in the lead roles. ML Prasanna has written the screenplay, dialogues, done the music and direction. AC Mahender is the cameraman. Sihikahi Chandru, Ravikiran, Manadip Rai, Layendra are also in this film's supporting cast.
'1 DAY' is a one man show. Appu Venkatesh is in a full length role as hero. His father Revanna is the villain in DK Enterprises film produced by Krishnaswamy. Mahesh is the cameraman and Vijaya Bharathi is the music director. Naveen has done the story, screenplay, written the dialogues and also directed the film. Priya, Mohan Juneja, Biradar are also in the cast.
