Tom Cruise was instantly the centre of attention when he arrived at a London nightclub this week.

The newly divorced actor showed up at hip venue Chinawhite to support his son Connor's DJ gig.

Partygoers were absolutely shocked to find Tom in the building.

"Tom caused quite a scene as no one guessed Connor's dad would turn up," a source told British newspaper The Mirror.

"Loads of girls flocked over to see him."

Tom was incredibly friendly and spoke to many of the fans that approached him on the night.

He also apparently had a chance to converse with Alexa Shore, a 21-year-old adult escort.

Alexa was excited about chatting with one of her favourite actors.

"Woke up and remember I was sitting with Tom Cruise at Chinawhite! Ha ha." She posted on Twitter.

Tom wore sunglasses throughout and exited the venue discreetly on his own.
