Vanessa Lachey is feeling "paranoid" about her belly button.

The TV presenter is expecting her first child with husband Nick Lachey. Vanessa is due to give birth to a boy in September and has concerns about one part of her blossoming body.

"Everyone's belly button is different. Some women's belly buttons pop and some women's [don't]," she told Bethenny Frankel for her US TV show Bethenny. "I thought, 'Oh, I wouldn't mind if it popped because then it would be like the turkey's done, right?' And it's cute. But my stylist was like, 'You don't want that to pop. That's like having a third nipple.'

"She made me all paranoid. Every time I sneeze, I hold my belly button in because for some reason I think I'm going to sneeze it out."

Despite her fears, Vanessa is embracing her pregnancy. The 31-year-old is finding the experience fulfilling.

"I love everything about being pregnant," she added. "It's empowering as a woman to be able to go through this process and create a human being.

"It was so amazing to walk out and do the show and not have to worry about sucking it in!"
