Victoria Beckham is reportedly "heavy-hearted" about her family staying in Los Angeles.
The former singer's soccer star husband David recently turned down the opportunity to move to French soccer team Paris Saint-Germain for "family reasons".
He was in negotiations to move over to the French team after his five year contract with LA Galaxy ended on December 31. However, David decided against the move as he reportedly feared it would cause too much upset for his family.
Sources have revealed that Victoria supported the decision to stay in LA for her three sons and baby daughter. However the star is saddened by the fact that she'll see less of her husband while he is tending to Olympic work commitments in the UK, and she is back and forth for her fashion career.
"She's been pretty homesick since Harper was born. Family is important to her and she liked the idea of settling down," a source told British magazine Closer.
"So she's a bit heavy-hearted about the fact they could end up like ships in the night on international flights because her work base in is in London. But she knows they have a great life in LA and the boys love it there.
"Yet no matter how much they love LA, England will always be home."
The couple have sons Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, nine, Cruz, six and five-month old daughter Harper together and are all settled in Los Angeles.
