Vinay Raghavendra Rajakumar, the fourth generation of the prestigious family of Dr. Rajakumar, is making his debut for an outside banner. Dr Rajakumar's father, Singanalluru Puttaswamy, was also in cinema. Raghavendra Rajakumar is known as an actor with many hits to his credit.

Vinay is the eldest son of Raghavendra Rajakumar, who is now the pillar of Dr. Rajakumar's Empire. Meher Ramesh will direct the film and is currently preparing the script.

Raghavendra Rajakumar, the second son of Dr. Rajakumar has earlier said that Vinay's launch as a lead actor would be happening at any time. However, this will not be Vinay's first film as he had already appeared as child actor in 'Akasmika' and 'Oda Huttidavaru' with his grandfather Dr. Rajakumar.

Meher Ramesh's mentor is Puri Jagannath who directed the debut film of power star Puneeth Rajakumar 'Appu' in 2001. Meher Ramesh directed Puneeth Rajakumar in two films 'Veera Kannadiga and Ajay'. Both were average hits.
