The 26-year-old fashionista shot to international fame in reality show The Hills and in 2008 unveiled her own fashion line called Whitney Eve.

Whitney is known for her love of standing out from the crowd, and has found the perfect way to do so in the form of shocking bright jewels and make-up. The beauty discovered her passion for all things bright at the weekend, as Los Angeles was experiencing unusually bad weather so the sunshine city-native decided to shelter from the downpours at her local mall.

Due to the rain this weekend I spent a lot of time at the malls in LA and decided I am in LOVE with neon accessories right now! Actually just neon everything - bags, jewellery, iPad cases, nail polish colours, etc (sic), wrote Whitney on her blog.

The gorgeous star has advised her fans to follow her advice and brighten up a dull outfit with a splash of colour. The beauty is particularly fond of neon handbags made by luxury label Kate Spade.
