After Deepika, Shahid to get a wax statue at Madame Tussauds

Earlier the 'Padmaavat' actress Deepika Padukone announced about her wax-statue making which will be lined up in the A-list celebs category in London's Madame Tussauds. Now it is her co-star Shahid Kapoor who is getting his wax-statue at Madame Tussauds museum.

Shahid shared while posing with a dummy wax eye pupil of Madame Tussaud's set and captioned it,"Keep an eye out. Coming soon." Shahid is seen in a grey sleeve folded shirt keeping the dummy eye towards his right eye. But it is not yet confirmed whether Shahid's wax-statue will be placed at Delhi museum or London. Apart from Deepika and Shahid, Karan Johar, Anushka Sharma and Diljit Dosanjh are the recent addition to the Madame Tussauds.   

Meanwhile, on the work front, Shahid has been busy with the dubbing of his film, 'Batti Gul Meter Chalu'. The film has been helmed by Shree Narayan Singh and deals with the issue of power theft. Being shot in the picturesque locations of Uttrakhand, the film also stars Shraddha Kapoor and Yami Gautam and will release on September 21, 2018.

After this Shahid will shoot for the Bollywood remake of South's hit film 'Arjun Reddy'.
