(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Alec Baldwin has told Charlie Sheen to beg for his job back.
The Hollywood star, 52 says that the troubled actor should swallow his pride and make an apology to in order to reclaim his successful TV career.
Charlie, 45, has been behaving increasingly erratically lately, and was recently fired from his TV show Two and a Half Men after making derisive comments about producer Chuck Lorre, network CBS and production company Warner Bros.
Alec who referred to Charlie as a "drug-addled, porn star-squiring, near-Joycean Internet ranter" - has advised him to reconcile with the execs he offended in order save his floundering career.
"Take a nap. Get a shower. Call Chuck. Go on Letterman and make an apology. Write a huge check to the B'Nai Brith. And then beg for your job back," he said in a blog on The Huffington Post.
Alex has starred as Jack Donaghy on the NBC sitcom 30 Rock since 2006. He has received two Emmy Awards, three Golden Globe Awards, and five Screen Actors Guild Awards for his potrayal of the character. The American actor knows the importance of maintaining a career in the fickle world of Hollywood. He says if Charlie begs for forgiveness he will get it.
"Sober up, Charlie. And get back on TV, if it's not too late. This is America. You really want to piss off Chuck and Warner Brothers and CBS? Beg for America's forgiveness. They will give it to you, he added. (C) Cover Media
