7th August 2011

(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Ali Landry admits she "takes notes" when she meets up with her famous working mother friends.

Actress Ali, along with The Biggest Loser presenter Alison Sweeney, host a potluck supper club every month for their fellow celebrity moms including Denise Richards, Brooke Burke, Lisa Rinna, Kyle Richards and Candace Cameron Bure.

The group love to meet up and trade advice on raising a family, their favourite cooking recipes and beauty secrets. Ali claims she is learning so much that she writes it all down in a special notebook.

"We talk about everything," Ali told Us Weekly. "The advice is so good, I take notes! It's also inspired us to take to Twitter and ask our followers what they're thinking."

The women rarely miss a meeting. Denise even once came straight from an awards show wearing a ball gown and Ugg boots.

Alison who also starred in US TV show Days of our Lives says the dinner dates are an invaluable source of guidance and information. She enjoys swapping stories about the demands of her career and her kids with her close pals.

"Women just get so busy and overwhelmed with responsibilities. You need both time with friends and yourself to unwind and relax," Alison explained. "When we got some girls together, we found out how much we all have in common even though we come from really different backgrounds."

The meetings have proved so popular that they are being taped for a new TV show, Hollywood Moms' Club. Ali hopes the programme will help to inspire other mothers.

"It's a hybrid of a talk show, but some reality as well," she added. "People can get a glimpse into our lives and in our homes. We want to relate to women because at the end of the day, we all talk about the same things around the dinner table."

The show will also feature experts and special guest appearances.

Hollywood Moms' Club will air in the US in November. (C) Cover Media
