(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Matt Damon warned Chris Hemsworth that his children won't be "impressed" with his career.
The Thor actor became a father for the first time last month, when his wife Elsa Pataky gave birth to their daughter India Rose. Before the baby arrived, Matt reached out to Chris to reassure him that kids are oblivious to Hollywood success.
"Actually I was speaking to Matt Damon about it," he told UK magazine Esquire about his fears of fame affecting family life. "He told me, you come home, you're just dad. They're not impressed about you being out saving the world."
Chris also revealed that his wife ensures he remains grounded. Despite him starring in hit movies such as Thor and Snow White and the Huntsman, Elsa is happy to hand out household chores to her movie star spouse.
"I used to get asked, Are you ready for what's gonna happen when Thor comes out?' To be honest, when it did, I remember thinking, Is this it? Where's the extra arm I was gonna grow?'" Chris joked.
"I go home and my wife doesn't say, Well done, Mister $50m Box Office'. More like, Do the dishes.'" (C) Cover Media
