(Cover) - EN Star Style - Cameron Diaz doesn't understand the need for cosmetic surgery.

The American actress is famed for her stunning looks and impressively honed body and has never felt pressure to look a certain way.

The blonde beauty says many successful women get on in Hollywood without needing to go under the surgeon's knife.

"No, I have never felt the pressure of it. Let's look at the women who are successful in Hollywood and you tell me who has massive breasts that aren't their own?" she quipped in an interview with BBC Breakfast.

Cameron has pointed out that women from all walks of life invest in cosmetic surgery, not just those in the media spotlight. Although she doesn't see the need for any enhancement at the moment, the 38-year-old is keeping her options open.

"My point is, women all over America get breast enhancements. They aren't actresses," she said. "I never say never. I leave the door open." (C) Cover Media
