(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Carey Mulligan appears to be really happy with her rumoured new boyfriend Eddie Redmayne.

The 25-year-old British actress was previously in a relationship with her Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps co-star Shia LaBeouf, although it was revealed the pair had ended their romance last October.

Carey has now been spotted spending time with upcoming British actor Eddie, 29, who is well known for his modelling work with Burberry as well as receiving a prestigious Tony Award last year for his performance in the play Red.

The couple were seen walking arm-in-arm around New Yorks trendy Manhattan district over the weekend, and according to onlookers it appeared that love was blossoming.

They look really happy together, a spy told the New York Post.

Eddie is reportedly good pals with fellow British hunk Robert Pattinson, who coincidentally is also a friend of Tom Sturridges the 25-year-old British actor Carey went on some dates with after her split from Shia.

Eddie can next be seen in drama My Week with Marilyn, in which Michelle Williams portrays screen siren Marilyn Monroe. In the film Eddie plays Colin Clark, an assistant who persuades the blonde bombshell to escape for a week and experience British life. (C) Cover Media
