Carnie Wilson has undergone her second weight loss surgery.
The singer first had a gastric bypass operation in 2000 where she lost 150lbs.
And now the Wilson Phillips star has confirmed to People magazine that she has gone under the knife again to have the lap-band procedure done.
"It was the right decision for me and I'm doing really well so far," Carnie told the publication. "It's all about taking good care of myself."
The lap-band procedure is where a silicone band is put around the stomach to make it the size of a golf ball and only able to hold a small amount of food.
Carnie says she has lost 30lbs so far since having the operation on January 18.
The 43-year-old says she has found it hard to lose weight after having her daughters; Lola, six, and Luciana, two.
"Having children derailed me a bit," Carnie said. "I'm just frustrated with these pounds."
Carnie's reality show Wilson Philips: Still Holding on premieres next month.
