(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Charlotte Church is shocked that her former fianc Gavin Henson has decided to relocate to France, it has been reported.

Gavin has signed a 500,000 deal to join French rugby team Toulon, and Welsh star Charlotte, 25, is worried about the impact his move will have on their children, Ruby, three, and two-year-old Dexter. The couple called off their engagement last May after a turbulent and highly-publicised relationship.

This has come out of the blue for Charlotte. She didnt expect him to move to France and it will certainly make things more difficult where the children are concerned, a source told British magazine new!

In October of last year, Gavin announced a move to London club Saracens after an 18-month break from rugby following a knee injury, but after failing to impress at the British club, hes hoping to re-launch his rugby career in France. Although he has only signed a five-month contract, 29-year-old Gavin has already hinted that his move to France could be on a more permanent basis.

I hope to be here for a long time. I want to play regular rugby and enjoy my rugby again. And obviously the weather is pretty good here. I think its going to be great for me and I cant wait to start, he said.

Charlotte has been dating guitarist Jonathan Powell since July and the pair have been inseparable ever since. The relationship has attracted much attention because Charlotte began romancing the musician just a few months after splitting from her fianc.

Gavin said that seeing his children brought up by another man was the hardest thing in the world, and pals said he was upset that Charlotte and Jonathan took Ruby and Dexter to the Caribbean last month. (C) Cover Media
