Charmi vows to master Hindi

9th September 2011

Charmi, who won critical acclaim for films like Anukokunda Oka Roju and Mantra, made her big screen appearance in Hindi films this year with Puri Jagannath’s Bbuddah Hoga Tera Baap and will be seen in the upcoming movie Zilla Ghaziabad.

The sexy starlet initially found it difficult to speak in typical Ghaziabadi Hindi in her second B-town assignment Zilla Ghaziabad, despite being a Punjabi kudi.

“I have been conversing in Telugu for the past one decade and more, so I lost touch with not just Hindi but my mother-tongue too. I just brushed up my Hindi and am well-versed with the nuances of the Ghaziabadi accent,” says Charmi.

Right now, the actress has appointed a tutor and is learning Hindi whenever she gets the time. She is thankful to Amitabh Bachchan and other stars, who made her comfortable.
